Welcome to the website for your association, Marsh Harbour at Kingsland Property Owners Association!  Marsh Harbour POA consists of the subdivisions: Brookshire, Christians Landing, Dilworth Point, Inverness Chase, Jefferson Landing and Laurel Marsh.

MHBOD is making every effort to keep members informed; provide current information regarding Marsh Harbour at Kingsland (MHPOA); let you know what is happening in your community, remind each member about POA rules and regulations, as well as, what your rights and obligations; giving immediate access to important POA documents (e.g. Covenants, Bylaws, etc.) and to encourage communication between the members, management and the Board.  Let's work together to make MHPOA, Laurel Island Plantation one of the most desired housing developments in Camden County.
 
Marsh Harbour POA is managed by Advanced Management Services, LLC (AMS).  Members are encouraged to contact AMS with any questions or problems they are experiencing.
