About Us 

Marsh Harbour POA, is part of the community of Laurel Island Plantation consisting of approximately 950 homes total.  MHPOA is a residential community of approximately 315 homes located in beautiful, historical Camden County, Kingsland, Georgia.  MHPOA includes the subdivisions of Brookshire, Christians Landing, Dilworth Point, Inverness Chase, Jefferson Landing and Laurel Marsh.  Our development is conveniently located just within 15 minutes from the King’s Bay Naval Submarine Base. We also have quick access to Interstate 95 and are about 40 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida and 35 miles south of Brunswick, Georgia. 

Each Board member is a volunteer and a property owner.  They have the responsibility of working through the association documents to monitor the affairs of the community.  The Board is governed by the association documents.  The board is elected by the members for a two year term.
