Any ideas on what I could do for a health promotion Project?

I have to do a health promotion project for one of my nursing classes, I thought about doing substance abuse b/c that’s is the only thing I could think of. Any other ideas?
I cannot do diabetes, std’s, diet, skin protection, obesity b/c those subjects are already taken
